- This is a one year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with the option to extend for four additional years. The project consists of conifer cone collection of late summer harvest from 9 to 32 year-old orchard-grown Douglas-fir trees for seed collections to be used for reforestation work and restoration projects. Location of the work is at Tyrrell Seed Orchard, Lorane, Oregon, Eugene District, Oregon. Bonds are not required. NAICS code 113210. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is April 16, 2012.
