Description

In accordance with the requirement of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Government issued a non-competitive modification to L-3 Communications under Contract N00189-07-D-0029. When ordered by issue of individual task orders (TO's), the Contractor shall provide engineering, analytical, logistics and technical services to support submarine hull, mechanical & electrical (HME) and other submarine systems for Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA). The contractor provides technical support services such as system assessments, system troubleshooting, system installation, system certification and testing, as well as a variety of systems logistics support services.
