This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm fixed-price contract for the purchase of the following items: N9030A PXA Series Spectrum Analyzer; Quantity: 4, Included options/accessories: N9030A-MPB Microwave preselector bypass; Quantity 4, N9030A-526 Frequency range, 3 Hz to 26.5 GHz; Quantity 4, N9030A-CRP Connector Rear, Programmable IF Output; Quantity 4, N9030A-CR3 Connector Rear, Wideband IF output; Quantity 4, N9030A-ALV Auxiliary log video output; Quantity 4, N9030A-1CP Rackmount and handle kit; Quantity 4, N9061A Remote language compatibility measurement application; Quantity 4, N9061A-2FP Remote language compatibility Quantity 4. 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit; Quantity: 1. Included modules/accessories: 34939A 64-Channel Form; Form A General Purpose Switch Module for 34980A; Quantity 1, 34939T Terminal block For 34937A and L4437A GP Switch; Quantity 1, Y1138A 3 meter 50 pin Dsub, M/F Twisted Pair with Outer Shield Cable - 300V; Quantity 2. The delivery period of resultant contract will be 6 weeks ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Agilent Technologies, Inc (CAGE: 1LQK8), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
