- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, has a requirement for Red-Cockaded Woodpecker Breeding Survey at the Noxubee NWR, Brooksville, Mississippi. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $7.0M. A Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation package will be available electronically at www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Proposals will be due on/about Wednesday April 4, 2012, or as identified in the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database via website: http://www.ccr.gov, and have completed the online Representations and Certification at website: https://orca.bpn.gov. Award will be based on Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Evaluation Criteria as identified in the solicitation package. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest offeror. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net for the release of the solicitation package, for any other pertinent information, and for downloading a copy of the complete solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation.
