- This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Governemtn intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 5.302. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure on a Sole Source basis a Shaft Shroud. The Shaft Shroud is being sought from Parker Hannifin.
