- Documenation, Other Than Full and Open Competiton Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award, as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. The Cryptologic Systems Division (CPSD), Cyber/Netcentric Directorate of Contracting (HNCK), intends to purchase Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) Creo software and software services from immixTechnology, Inc., CAGE: 3CA29. The proposed acquisition is for items with NAICS Code 511210, Software Publishers, which has a Small Business Size Standard of $25M. The following PTC software and software services have been requested: 1. Creo Enterprise XE with Windchill PDMLink, 1 Year License; P/N: PKG-3722-F Qty: 1 Each 2. Maintenance for Creo Enterprise XE with Windchill PDMLink, 1 Yr Agreement; P/N: MTN-3722F-T2, Qty: 1 Each 3. Creo Advanced Mechanica Option, 1 Yr License; P/N: PTN-3224-F, Qty: 1 Each 4. Maintenance for Creo Advanced Mechanica Option, 1 Yr Agreement; P/N: MNT-3224F-T2, Qty: 1 Each 5. Pro eLearning Perpetual Library for Pro Engineer & Creo Elements, License, 1 Yr License: P/N: TRP-L600-F, Qty: 1 Each 6. Maintenance for Pro eLearning Perpetual Library for Pro Engineer & Creo Elements, 1 Yr Agreement; P/N: MNT-L600F-T2, Qty: 1 Each The ESC/HNCK intends to make an award to immixTechnology, Inc. through a request for quote (RFQ) due to the fact no other required items can be substituted at this time and they are the only known source who can provide the required PTC items to the Government. The Government intends to make an award in the April 2012 timeframe. Proposals for the required items are NOT being requested through this notice. A determination for other than full and open competition has been approved for this acquisition. If a firm is capable of providing these exact items, please contact the Contracting Officer within seven days of this announcement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
