- This is a sole source announcement.The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a firm-fixed price contract toShorelend Incorporated, 933 N. Mayfaird Road, Suite 208, Milwaukee, WI53226-3432 to purchase the following items: Renewal of Travax License forcontinued support on behalf of TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), the WhiteHouse Medical Unit (WHMU), and the Defense Health Information ManagementSystem (DHIMS) program office. This procurement will act as a newrequirement pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) as the current contractor isthe only known source available to satisfy the agency need for renewal ofTravax License. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVEPROPOSALS.
