- SF1449 Solicitation Subject: Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, Dairy Services Solicitation Number: AG-82A7-S-12-0024 Description of Requirement: The UDSA Forest Service has a requirement for dairy services at the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center. Students are provided three nutritious meals each day at in the cafeteria facilities at Jacobs Creek Job Corps. The plan will follow guidelines established by FDA, State and Local Government Regulations. Jacob's Creek Job Corps feeds-about 600 meals per day which includes milk and dairy products. This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. Additional Information: The applicable Contracting Office for this action will be the WO AQM Job Corps Support Branch, 740 Simms St., Golden CO 80401. Contracting Officer is: Sheri' DellaSilva, who can be contact via e-mail at sdellasilva@fs.fed.us. Contract Specialist is: Stephanie Lawrence (Contractor Support), who can be contacted via email at: slawrence02@fs.fed.us. Place of Performance: The USDA Forest Service, Jacobs Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, 984 Denton Valley Road, Bristol, TN 37620, Sullivan County, Tennessee. Set-aside Status: This acquisition is a total 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is: 424490 and the small business size standard in number of employees is 100. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract as a result of this solicitation. Any contract established will be with the quoter whose quote complies with the RFQ instructions and whose quote represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation considered. The quantities listed are estimates only for the benefit of the quoter, and in no way is to be construed as a precise requirement, and does not constitute a Government guarantee. See Section M-Evaluation Factors on page 36 for the evaluation criteria for this solicitation. A Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued by this office to meet this requirement. We anticipate the solicitation to be issued on or about March 30, 2012 however this date may change and we invite all interested parties to check frequently for a possible change to this date. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
