- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal BusinessOpportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the NavyElectronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located athttps://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the singlepoint of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet,NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to useeither site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13.Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation NumberN00164-12-T-0021; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes tothe requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be postedFedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOppsand/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. Forchanges made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide aproposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for futurediscussions and/or award. TLD AMERICA IS THE SOLE DESIGNER AND MANUFACTURE OF THE SUBJECTSUPPORT EQUIPMENT AND IS THE ONLY KNOWN FIRM POSSESSING THE KNOWLEDGE,EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE NECESSARY TO FULFILL THE GOVERNMENT'SREQUIREMENTS. THE SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE IS HEREBY DISSOLVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR6.302-1.
