- Request for Quote Brand Name Letter due to proprietary code - only Amega Scientific Corporation and The Winvale Group are capable of fulfilling this requirement. This is a commercial acquisition for a Maintenance Contract for an Amegaview Centralized Monitoring System (CMS) for The Armed Services Whole Blood Processing Laboratory East (ASWBPL-East) located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB-MDL), New Jersey. The Request for Proposal is attached. Sources are limited to Amega Scientic Corporation (ASC) and the Winvale Group because these are the only two companies that have access to the prorietary code needed to perform the required maintenance. See attached brand name letter for further information. This is a Request for Proposal and is issued as a small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Class Code (SIC) is 7699, NAICS Code 811219 and the related Small Business Standard $19,000,000.00. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award. Quotes are required to be received no later than 11:30 am EDT on Friday, 6 Apr 12 and must include the following: Company name; address; phone numbers; DUNS number; CAGE code; itemized quote; technical specifications; completion of ORCA registration or the representations and certifications in the solicitation.
