- J&A Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Webster Veterinary Supply, Inc. in the amount of $46,155.50 to provide veterinary supplies to support Arctic Care 2012 located at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, AK. Delivery of products is required no later than 3 April 2012. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/services in the short time span required can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Ms. Ruby Mejias, ruby.mejias@amedd.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
