- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3YCDT2041A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-57. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 336212 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - ENCLOSED TRAINER, 40'L x 7'H x 8.5'W BTU, 36"-48"W OUTSIDE EXIT DOOR, 8 EA FLOURESCENT LIGHTS IN FRONT COMPARTMENT, 4 EA FLOURESCENT LIGHTS IN REAR COMPARTMENT, DIVIDING CENTER WALL AT MID-SECTION (DIVIDES TRAILER INTO 2 EA 20' SECTIONS) W/36" DOOR, TO OPTN INTO FRONT SECTION, 220V BREAKER BOX W' 5EA BREAKERS, MINIMUM; 4 EA 7K DROP FOOT PLUGS IN FRONT COMPARTMENT; 3 EA 6000LB AXLES, AT MINIUMUM 4 EA 7K DROP FOOT JACKS; STAINLESS STEEL FLOORING; WATERTIGHT OUTSIDE PLUGS; FULL RAMP DROP TAILGATE ON REAR OF TRAILER; ROLL UP DOOR ON OUTSIDE OF REAR ACCESS.
