Description

Wage Determine 2 Wage Determination 1 Appendix C Appendix A Performance Work Statement Request for Quote The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) for the following services: Preventive maintenance and calibration of three (3) MW900 Moment Weight Instruments located at Tinker AFB, OK. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A firm fixed price type contract with a time and materials line item is contemplated. The proposed period of performance is 16 April 2012 - 15 July 2012. The estimated award date is 16 April 2012 Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Offerors may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219. The business size standard is $7m.
