- Pulaski Tool This is a 1-year base contract with four 1-year options Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract. The Pulaski Tool is IAW Forest Service Specification 5100-355 and Drawing MEDC 632. Unit of issue is each. First Article Samples are required 30 days after notice of award and delivery is 45 days after first article approval (AFAA). This procurement is set aside for small business and the Buy Amercian Act, FAR 52.225-1 applies to this solicitation. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Forest Service Specifications and Drawing are available at http://www.fs.fed.us/t-d/programs/fire/specs.htm. Contract period will be July 1, 2012 or DOA thru one year period.
