- Past Performance Questionnaire- Distribute to three references, due at solicitation close. Request for Proposal- Complete and Return Standard Form 33, Sign and Return with Proposal GSA,/FAS,/HSOC, 1500 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 intends to award a fixed-price, definite quantity contract for sealant. This is a brand name "or equal" procurement for part numbers PS 870 B-2 or WS 8070 B-2, Sealant, Quantity 10, 50 fluid gallons in a 55 gallon drum. Minimum Salient Characteristics required are listed within the solicitation. Prices are requested to be FOB Destination to Robins Air Force Base, GA. The solicitation close date is April 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm Central Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is QSDM-J7-128070-N; this is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This procurement is not set-aside for small business concerns.
