- Synopsis: FA8522-11-R-32098 This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Antenna, NSN: 5985-01-030-4158EW. The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the Government intends to solicit on a non-competitive basis to the qualified source only, Northrop Grumman System Corporation (NGSC), Cage 1LTU5. Statutory Authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 permits Other Than Full and Open Competition. NGSC is the only currently identified qualified repair source. This contract will be for a BEQ 30 each on Basic and will contain four Options with BEQ 15 each as follows: NSN 5985-01-030-4158EW Part Number: 057-000636-003 Antenna Basic Requirement: NSN: Noun Qty 5985-01-030-4158EW Antenna 30 EA (BEQ) Option I Antenna 15 EA (BEQ) 5985-01-030-4158EW Option II Antenna 15 EA (BEQ) 5985-01-030-4158EW Option III Antenna 15 EA (BEQ) 5985-01-030-4158EW Option IV Antenna 15 EA (BEQ) 5985-01-030-4158EW Total Duration of the contract will not exceed 5 years. Ship To/Destination Info: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA) Delivery Schedule: This contract will require delivery of repaired assets to begin 60 days ARO at a rate 5 per month thereafter. Surge and MICAP Requirements filled within 7 Calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
