- Solicitation J&A Sign Language Interpreter Services Request for Quote (RFQ) The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a Firm-Fixed price Purchase Order for Sign Language Interpreter Services. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This acquisition is solicited as open market under National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 541930; a single award will result from solicitation HEVAS6-12-T-0013. 1. Request you provide me your best quote on the item(s) and/or services listed in the attached spreadsheet. All offered items must meet specifications shown. Add all discount opportunities when placing quotes. 2. This RFQ will close on 26 April 2012, at 10:00am EST. 3. The Government plans to make a firm-fixed price purchase order to the offered with the quote most advantageous to the Government without holding discussions or debriefings. 4.
