Description: The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for SNOW REMOVAL with a base period and two 12-month option periods. The place of performance will be at the CPL Gordon M Craig USARC 915 W Chestnut ST in Brockton, MA. The target start date is 1 July 2012. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services. Specific tasks mainly consist of snow removal/plowing and ice melt/sand. This acquisition is 100% woman owned small business set aside. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790, size standard of $7 Million. Prospective Contractors must be a woman owned Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation shall be posted on or about 28 March 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46.
