MK19 TDP and ECP L11S5163 Question: FOR MATING AND MOUNTING DIMENSIONS SEE 3269418 on Drawing# 12997550 (MK19 GMG-Part being procured) lists the following drawings that are missing from the TDP CD: -3269400 (MK19 GMG) in Zone D2 on Page 1 of Drawing# 3269418-3269494 (Combination Tool Assy) in Zone H6 of Page 3 on Drawing# 3269418-3269542 (Feed Slide Tool) in Zone F6 of Page 3 on Drawing# 3269418-3269505 (Ogive Plunger Tool Assy) in Zone F2 of Page 3 on Drawing# 3269418-3269547 (Safety Slide Tool) in Zone C2 of Page 3 on Drawing# 3269418-12997464 (Slide Bracket Assy) in Zone H3 of Page 4 on Drawing# 3269418-3269541 (Barrel Wrench) in Zone E6 of Page 4 on Drawing# 3269418-3269538 (Bore Constriction Gauge Assy) in Zone F2 of Page 4 on Drawing#326941-7162920 (Cleaning Rod) in Zone B5 of Page 4 on Drawing# 3269418 -7791028 (Helical Spring) which is listed in the Parts List on Drawing#3269545 (Gun Sight) which is a subcomponent shown on Drawing# 3269418, Page2 (Zone D5) and 7791028 is also listed as a subcomponent of Part# 12993777 {Frame Assembly (which is a subcomponent of Part# 3269545 (Gunsight)} and listed as Item# 2 on the Parts List of Drawing# 12993777. Please advise on how to obtain the aforementioned drawings as soon as possible. Answer: Drawing #3269418 is for reference only. The purpose of drawing is to obtain mating and mounting dimension for the MK19 MOD-3. Drawing #3269400 is obsolete and was replaced with Drawing #12997550. Drawing #3269494, 3269542, 3269505, 3269547, 12997464, 3269541, 3269538, 326941 and 7162920 are tools that could be used to help in the assembly of the MK19 Mod-3. The use of these tools is not mandatory, but they are for reference. The drawings for these tools will be sent to the contractor after contract award. (See section C.1.2 for Government Deliverables and C.10 for Government Furnished Material). Drawing #7791028 was replaced with L11S5163. 2.Question:The missing drawings are requiring more time than expected to be able to develop the comprehensive manufacturing plan required for the proposal of the subject Solicitation. Please advise if an additional extension can be granted for the submission of proposals. Answer:The questions regarding possible missing drawings in the MK19 TDP are addressed in question 1 above. The solicitation close date is Tuesday 03 April, 2012.
