- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Idaho Air National Guard has a requirement for Dining Facility Attendants and Contract Cooks in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The Quality Assurance Plan is attached for informational purposes only. This requirement is being set aside for small business; however in the event that no valid proposal is received from a small business, a large business can then be awarded. Please send all proposals to tracy.stephens@ang.af.mil in accordance with the attached solicitation, NLT 0800 18 April 2012.
