- The Fort Knox Mission and Installation Contracting Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Rest Easy, LLC to provide lodging for approximately 116 cadets for the Nurse Summer Training Program (NSTP) at the Fort Bliss Army Lodging at Fort Bliss, Texas. The period of performance is from 21 May- 25 Aug 2012. This requirement is for the U.S. Army Cadet Command for the Nurse Summer Training Program (NSTP). The Army Lodging at Fort Bliss will be awarded due to NSTP cadets are on a 24/7 work rotation schedule and are not authorized rental cars. On post lodging places them within walking distance to their work and dining facility. Comments must be received, in writing, no later than 10:00 AM, EST, 03 April 2012 via email to amy.m.perkins9.civ@mail.mil.
