- ITEM 0001: NSN 4920-01-500-7184RN, Part Number AD32449-3, Test Set, Environment is used to check and monitor the cabin temperature control system on the A-10 aircraft. The test set is assembled within a portable combination case equipped with a carrying handle. Requirement is for two (2) ea in basic year with 2 option years. Option I, 2-3 ea, and Option II, 2-3 ea. Option I is valid for 365 days and Option II is valid for 730 days. Material: Various DELIVERY-ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for basic quantity is FE6032 and FE4830 and is due 210 days ARO Contract. Delivery of options is 210 days after exercise of options. Location to be determined. Drawings are not available. The approximate RFP issue date will be 13 April 2012 with proposals due 15 May 2012. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. This requirement is other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements. Source: Hamilton Sundstrand and Corp., Cage Code: 73030. The Government does not possess sufficient data to purchase from other than this source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, but NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE.
