- Description
- The FTA Office of Civil Rights (TCR) is responsible for civil rights compliance and monitoring to ensure nondiscriminatory provision of transit services. TCR is charged with implementing four main external nondiscrimination and equal opportunity requirements: Titles II and Titles III of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program, and the external Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program. On March 14, 2012, as a result of a competitive procurement to perform the TCR Video Training Series requirement an award was made to one (1) contractor, EFX Media was the contractor to receive an award, DTFT60-12-F-00006. The length of the contract is for 3 years. The contract is fixed price line items and one Labor Hour line item NTE contract value of $266,194. This award was made off of the GSA AIMS Schedule 541-4B
