- The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for the purchase, and installation of storage shelving and wire woven caging for the creation of secure storage space at the Training and Community Center (TACC) Arden Hills, Minnesota. An onsite visit to the location for the purpose of obtaining measurements, dimensions etc. is required prior to the submission and acceptance of any quotation pertaining to this requirement. Only proposals from vendors who attend the scheduled site visits will be accepted for consideration. Each proposal must be accompanied by a drawing and a complete listing of components or parts to be utilized in line item fashion, along with a cost specific to installation for the site being quoted. The successful vendor will be required to dispose of all packaging, debris and excess inventory upon completion of installation. The Government will not be responsible for the disposal, cleanup, or return of materials left behind by the vendor, and no invoices will be paid until the site and job has been inspected and accepted by the appointed POC. Site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 4th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the following location: 4761 Hamline Avenue North, Arden Hills, Minnesota The onsite visit will be attended by personnel from the USPFO-MN, Procurement and Contracting Division to assist contractors/vendors with questions and issues specific to the bidding and solicitation of this requirement. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 493110 and the business size is $25.5 million. The Government intends to evaluate based on product information data submitted with quote and make award based on Best Value to the Government.
