- Picture Nat Brown Creek Map Cougar Creek Map solicitation Cougar Creek and Nat Brown Creek Exclosure Fences: This project requires removal, disposal and replacement of approximately 11,067 feet of high tensile electric fence. Replacement fence shall be 4 strand barbed wire fence in constructed in open meadow terrain. There are currently two high tensile steel wire electric fenc exclosures on Cougar Creek and one on Nat Brown Creek to be removed, disposed and replaced. The replacement barbed wire fence shall be located approximately 5' offset on the outisde of the existing electric fence to be removed. Most of the fence locations are accessible with ATV's only. Cougar Creek exclosures total approximately 7914' and Nat Brown Creek 3153'. The Cougar Creek Exclosures are located within the West Fork Potlatch/Moose Creek grazing allotment approximately 9.9 miles northwest of Boville, ID. Travel approximately 3.4 miles north of Boville on Highway 3 to Forest Road 377. Turn right on Forest Road 377 and travel approximately 3.8 miles to Forest Road 4700. Turn left on 4700 and travel approximately 2.7 miles to the downstream end of the exclosures in the meadow east of the road. Continue approximately.6 mileson the 4700 to arrive close to the furthest upstream end of the exclosure. The Nat Brown Creek Exclosure is approximately 4.9 miles north of Boville on Forst Service Road 3327. Travel north of Bovile approximately 3.8 miles on Highway 3 to Forest Road 3327. Forest Road 3327 is a right turn just before the railroad tracks that cross Highway 3. Travel approximately 1.1 miles to an open meadow where the Nat Brown Creek exclosure fence is located. This is a pre-solicitation notice, the solicitation should be available before April 30, 2012.
