- Description
- Labor, equipment, materials & supervision necessary to render the Indoor Firing Range (IFR) at the Rosa Parks Federal Building clean & dry. Project includes, but is not limited to: -Removal/disposal of all lead contaminated items currently stored in the IFR that were damaged due to a water infiltration; -Thoroughly clean/dry area; -Seal the existing cracks in the concrete floor slab to prevent future water infiltration; and -Reseal the IFR as a hazardous materials area following the material removal & clean-up. Small business size standard: $12.5 mil The solicitation package with specifications, drawings, contract clauses & site visit information will be posted on/after April 12, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
