- THIS REQUIRED HIGH PRIORITY POSTING WILL CLOSE AT 4PM EST 10APRIL2012. AIRCRAFT COMPONENT(s) / INTENT TO AWARD TO OEM OR INCUMBENT: POSTING NUMBER HSCG38-12-Q-010099 IS ASSIGNED FOR TRACKING PURPOSES ONLY. USCG ALC MRS intends to award to the OEM or other capable vendor, using simplified acquisitions, a purchase order for the repair of 1 each HC-144 Aircraft INDICATOR, P/N ECT115-230NVG and repair of 1 each HC-144 Aircraft LG POS.IND.C/U, P/N 95-61215-0001 and repair of 5 each HC-144 Aircraft TRANSDUCERS, P/N ACM29068 as indicated in non-specific aircraft system categories, with actual terms and conditions attached, in USCG-ALC-MRS-BAA-FY12 as posted on FBO.GOV. Vendors wishing to show interest in quoting this repair, who have repair capabilities and legally possess the necessary and current OEM Data to complete such repairs, are encouraged to contact ALC MRS via email to Terence.L.Blucker@uscg.mil with their information. Respondents must reference the above posting number in the subject line of their email. Therefore, this notice will close at date and time shown above with award anticipated shortly thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received prior to the closing date and time, must be considered by the agency. This special notice of intent to award is posted on FBO.GOV in compliance with and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 5.101 (Methods of Disseminating Information) between $15K and $25K.
