- USCG SOLICITATION PACKAGE FOR STH168 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for six (6) water tight doors for the US Coast Guard Cutter FIR. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) is HSCG33-12-Q-STH168. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (see attached). This solicitation is being set-aside for Total Small Business. Contractor is to provide six (6) water tight doors in accordance with attached file (pdf). Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses for commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable (see attached). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332321 with a size standard of 500. This requirement is for a firm fixed price purchase order. All quotes shall be submitted to Greg Hermsen via email to gregory.m.hermsen@uscg.mil or via fax (206) 217-6732. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM (PST) on April 23, 2012.
