- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, transportation, and perform all work necessary to provide public health, scientific, and technical services in support of advancing vaccine safety activities or what is commonly known as Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment (CISA), as specifically required by individual task orders awarded under the resulting contract. The two (2) main requirements for this CISA project include: 1. Clinical case reviews and evaluation of vaccine safety issues, and coordination activities to support this function. 2. Research studies to advance knowledge of vaccine safety and inform clinical and public health practice. This contract will be awarded for a base year and will include four (4) one (1) year option periods. RFP 2012-N-14296 will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about May 14, 2012. Full and open competition will be used in soliciting offers for this requirement. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. USG anticipates making more than one (1) award (multiple awards). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The scheduled proposal due date will be approximately thirty (30) days after the posting of the solicitation. Any amendments or attachments issued to the solicitation will also be made at the same website. A draft Statement of Work (SOW) and four (4) draft task orders which are anticipated to be issued with the solicitation will be issued in FedBizOpps by April 2, 2012.
