Description

This solicitation cancels and replaces N00421-12-T-0212. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract; go to https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to register. The government will not pay for any information received. Offerors may submit proposals via fax; however, the preferred method is via email. Please send quotes to the attention of the Contracting POC above - all emailed proposals much reach the Contracting POC by the closing date and time of Monday, April 9, 2012 by 12 PM (EST). Award is expected by April 12, 2012. Substitutions, pre-owned or refurbished and alternate items will not be accepted; quote all or none. Required delivery is by 27 September 2012. Quotes must be valid for 30 days.
