- RFQ-2012-43633 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Division of Global Migration and Quarantine intends to award a sole source purchase order to County of San Diego, Public Health Services, Public Health Center, 5205 University Ave., San Diego, CA 92102 in order to fund shared services costs for the location of five (5) CDC Division of Global Migration and Quarantine staff members at the San Diego County Public Health Services building. Costs pertain to Recycling/Shredding; Security; Janitorial; Computer data jacks; and Copier/Scanner use. The statutory authority for this sole source acquistion is 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1) in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 - only one responsible source and not other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requiirement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 921190, Other General Government Support. The period of performance is 12 months.
