Description
The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for Motorcycle Safety Basic Rider Course for 120 attendees. This is a Base Year with Two Option Years. Vendor is to conduct motorcycle training for up to 120 Minnesota Army National Guard Soldiers in up to 30 different locations. Locations in Minnesota are as follows: Albert Lea, Alexandria, Anoka, Bemidji, Brainerd, Brooklyn Park, Duluth, East Grand Forks, Eden Prairie, Eveleth, Fergus Falls, Grand Rapids, Hutchinson, International Falls, Luverne, Mankato, Marshall, Moorhead, Pipestone, Red Wing, Rochester, Rosemount, Staples, St. Cloud, St. Paul, Thief River Falls, White Bear Lake, Willmar, Winona and Worthington Vendor is to provide the training in accordance with the National Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Foundation Training. All Instructors must be certified to train the course and will be required to provide a copy of their certification. All Ranges will be certified in accordance with the National Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Vendor is to provide Basic Rider Course Completion Certificates to students successfully completing the course. Vendor is to maintain student records, including copies of all student rosters according to Department of Vehicle Services established guidelines. All records and testing materials must be stored in a secure location and accessible to the Department of Vehicle Services audit staff. PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: 0010147555 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation W912LM-12-T-0022. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 611692 and the business size is $7 million. The Government intends to evaluate based on information submitted with quote and make award based on Best Value to the Government. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN Wednesday, April 11th 2012 at the USPFO for Minnesota. Procurement Division, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173.
