- This is a one-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), project not to exceed $150,000.00. The contract will consist of a base year and options for up to two additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, operating supplies, and incidentals to perform all work necessary to mow wetlands, upland meadows, roadsides, and utility rights of way. Treatment sites are in the Eugene and Oakridge, Oregon, areas within the Bureau of Land Management, Eugene District, West Eugene Wetlands, and the US Forest Service Middle Fork Ranger District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 561730. The estimated start work date is May 21, 2012. Bonds are not required. Liability insurance will be required after award. A site tour is planned and details will be included in the full solicitation which will be posted electronically at WWW.FEDCONNECT.NET on or about April 10, 2012. Paper copies are no longer available. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
