- NSN: 5975-01-411-9347, Electrical Equipment Mounting Base. Four (4) approved sources of supply are: Northrop Grumman Systems Cage Code 18323, Centroid, Inc. Cage Code 21856, Ridge Engineering, Inc. Cage Code 54372, and Northrop Grumman Systems Cage Code 97942, P/N 758R080G01. The Purchase Request (PR) Number is 0043900879. A Technical Data Package is not available at DLA Aviation Richmond, VA. This NSN is a non-commercial item. FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance point is Origin. The requested delivery is 349 Days after Contract Award (DACA). The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of nine (9). This solicitation will be issued 100% set-aside for small business concerns utilizing competitive procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 30 March 2012. This NSN is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. There is a Government First Article Testing Requirement as well as an Export Control Requirement. Distribution of the Export Control Bid Set will be limited to those contactors qualified through Joint Certification Program (JCP), which can be obtained by completing DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. The contract will only be awarded to those contractors with JCP Certification issued prior to the contract being awarded. Suppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
