- This is a notice to award on a sole source basis to Reed Elsevier, Inc. (dba) LexisNexis of Miamisburg, OH for Subscriptions Renewal of LexisNexis Bonus Plan and LexisNexis Academic for the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Pennsylvania, for the period 01 JUL 12 to 30 JUN 13. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511120. This procurement will be processed as other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is neither a Request for Quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and ability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by 11 April 2012.
