- This is not an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposal. Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement by the closing date of this sources sought. Statement should include evidence of your capability to perform the contract, declaration of business status should be included I.E. large business, foreign owned/operated business, small business, service disabled veteran, HUBzone, etc. The proposed acquisition is for a three year requirements contract consisting of 200,000 individual track links. (see attached drawings) The requirement for track Shoes and pad staked assemblies will not include the rubber.
