- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires one Decade Capacitor PN 1413-9700, one Decade Capacitor PN 1417-9700, two Decade Resistors PN 1433-24, two Network Compensation Parallel PN PC101, two Shorting Bars PN SB103, one Resistance Standard PN SR1050-10MSTEP and one Resistance Standard PN SR1-10M. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to IET Labs, 534 Main Street, Westbury, NY 11590-4806. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, this firm is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and owns the proprietary rights to the required items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. PSC: 6625 NAICS: 334515
