Description
All the necessary information to properly respond to Parts 1 & 2 can be found in the attached document. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/REQUEST FOR COMMENTS (RFI) This formal announcement specifically identifies a Part 1 - Request for Information/Request for Industry Comments and Part 2 - Market Research (specifically directed to socioeconomic businesses). Please review the attached document which provides all the necessary information to properly respond. HHS/PSC/Strategic Acquisition Services is soliciting industry comments to give thoughtful and constructive feedback, current marketplace best practice, innovative ideas and solutions regarding delivery performance and strategic measures and viability regarding the following descriptive services which shall include: Performance Objective 1 - Technical Support 1.1 Tier 1 Technical Support 1.2 24x7x365 Priority Support 1.3 Application Support Performance Objective 2 - Training for CMS 2.1 Developer Training 2.2 Advanced Developer Training 2.3 New Features of CM Training 2.4 CM System Administration Training 2.5 Key Concepts Training 2.6 End User Trainer Training 2.7 Trains-the-Trainer Workshops Performance Objective 3 - CM1 Services 3.1 Coaching Services 3.2 Implementation Capabilities 3.3 CSS Services 3.4 Content Migration into CM1 Performance Objective 4 - CMS Professional Services 4.1 Architectural and Design Services 4.2 Implementation Capabilities This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this RFI Notice is voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlement for payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses or the Government's use of such information. All submissions related to Part 1 above must specifically address the information/request for comment regarding the specific scope of services listed above. The Government is specifically interested in understanding from industry any current marketplace best practices, innovative ideas and solutions that relate all or in part to the above scope of services and any thought regarding the questions presented above. Generic corporate marketing materials, which do not address the requirements set forth above, will not be considered responsive to this market survey. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this Notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this evaluation. Capability statements will not be returned and will not be accepted after the due date. As previously stated, the Government will not entertain questions regarding this Market Research; however, general questions may be forwarded to the following: Firms that meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit their email responses to Charles R. Hicks, Contracts Specialist at the following email address: Charles.Hicks@psc.hhs.gov. All information must be received no later than 12:00 pm EST on Thursday, April 12, 2012. Capability statements will not be returned and will not be accepted after the due date. Interested firms may not exceed 20 pages for Part 1 and 6 pages for Part 2. The maximum number of pages combined for submission should not exceed 26 page s; not including the cover page. Firms can respond to either Part 1 or 2 or both.
