Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions and clauses incorporated herein are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-57. This requirement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 with a size standard of 100 employees. The requisition number is 1101035. This acquisition is subject to FAR Part 13.5 regarding the application of simplified acquisition procedures. STATEMENT OF WORK FOR CASPER LICENSES AND MAINTENANCE Casper Licenses Scope of Work The Contractor shall: • Direct GSX(Global Service Exchange) integration: Assist with product lifecycle and Asset management with regards to warranties tracking, purchase dates, incident and repair tracking etc • Ensure that the MDM console is accessible from a web browser as well as from mobile devices specifically iOS devices • Allow for tracking of Distribute Volume Purchase Plan (VPP) codes for recommended applications • Have an open API available to allow for leveraging the ability to create custom SCCM (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager) inventory reporting • Not have iTunes App store access, which is not required to deploy custom in house applications • Provide 600 Casper Licenses Casper Maintenance Description: The contractor shall provide the Agency with the Casper Encompass program to provide increased levels of supportability and maintenance for the Casper MDM management suite for 12 months. Materials and resources to be supplied by FDA: The Contractor shall: Provide a creation of a Casper Suite Architecture Diagram within 45 days of becoming an Encompass customer Creation of workflow documentation for client environment, including: • Support process workflows • Standard Operating Environment (Image Creation) Provide dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) • Single point of contact for all technical questions • Quarterly onsite meetings to review Casper Suite product roadmap, and update architecture and workflow documentation Provide monthly notifications from TAM, including: • Defect Reports • Knowledge Base articles • Summary of open/closed Cases • Upcoming event schedules • Purchased A La Carte services receive priority scheduling • Client Portal access • Time-Zone local support • Decreased response time for support incidents • 2 hour response time • 48 hour resolution time • Expanded support hours/time-zone local support to cover Monday through Friday, excluding holidays defined in the Annual Support Agreement, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. in client's local time zone. Time-zone local support currently available for customers based in North America. Provide support incident which is a single reproducible issue that focuses on one aspect of the Casper Suite and can be identified by isolating specific symptoms. If an incident can be broken down into subordinate issues, each issue will be handled as a separate incident. A reproducible incident is any problem that can be re-created on JAMF Software systems. An incident may include multiple contacts, including emails, phone communication, and any other transfer of information necessary to reproduce the problem at JAMF Software. Any issue that is determined to be caused by a software bug or error in documentation will not be considered an incident. Decreased response time for support incidents • 2 hour response time • 48 hour resolution time • Expanded support hours/time-zone local support to cover Monday through Friday, excluding holidays defined in the Annual Support Agreement, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. in client's local time zone. Time-zone local support currently available for customers based in North America.
