- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for chemical processing support on behalf of the Rapid Development Integration Facility. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal (RFP) FA8629-12-R-2433. The RFP documents and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57, DPN 20120312, and AFAC 2012-0104. This is set aside for small business under NAICS 332813. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0001, 0002, and 0003 are for chemical processing provided in accordance with the price sheet attached to the RFP. Dates/places of delivery will be determined by individual BPA calls. Inspection and acceptance are intended for source. The provisions at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3, as well as clauses 52.214-4 and 52.212-5, apply to this RFP. Addenda to these provisions and clauses, as well as additional contract requirements, terms, and conditions, are found in the attached model contract document. Completed copies of the offeror's representations and certifications (e.g., those found at FAR 52.212-3 and Defense FAR Supplement 252.212-7000) are required to be submitted with the offeror's proposal. There is no Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems rating for this effort. The offeror is required to sign the SF1449 document and return 1 copy to issuing office. The offeror agrees to furnish and deliver all items subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. Proposals are due by 10 April 2012, 4:00 PM, Eastern Time at the location specified in the model contract. Late proposals shall not be considered for award.
