- This synopsis is being modified due to the change of obtaining the solicitation package. The solicitation package of W91QF0-12-T-0013 will be released to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO)website rather than contacting the POC directly for this package. The Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 28 March 2012. It is the contractors responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFQ as well as any updates to the solicitation.
