- Statement of Work for Compilation of State Laws This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items perpared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-36. The announcement consitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a seperate solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990 with a small business size standard of $7M. The Federal Railroad Administration has a requirement for the items below. Vendors should respond no later than 12:30 pm, EDT, on 4 April 2012. CLIN 0001 ITEM Compilation of State Laws and Regulations Affecting Highway-Rail Grade Crossings, in accordance with the attached statement of work. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 10 months after date of contract Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry before an award can be made. Offerors may go to www.ccr.gov to register. The offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commerical Items FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34.
