- Solicitation Package Brand Name Item Justification GSA, FAS intends to establish a 'not to exceed' twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for several National Stock Numbers (NSN's). The SPQ period will be 04/03/2012 (or date of award) to 04/02/2013 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
