- Revised Attachment 2 (Line Item Summary) dated 03/27/12 Revised Attachment 1 (PWS) dated 03/27/12 Amendment 0003 (dated 03/27/12) Amendment 0003 (03/27/2012) Please see the attached amendment 0003, revised attachment 1 (PWS), and revised attachment 2 (Line Item Summary). The estimated amount of minor repairs for OBP locations has been increased from $138,000 per year to $234,000 per year. The due date and time for proposals has been extended to April 18, 2012 at 11:00 AM EDT. ------------------- Amendment 0002 (03/21/2012) Please see the attached amendment 0002 and revised attachments. This amendment provides information given at the site visit, answers questions asked by potential offerors, and removes 4 BE's from the requirement. ------------------- Amendment 0001 (03/12/2012) Three additional locations have been added to the program. Please see the attached amendment 0001 for additional information and for the revised attachments. -------------------- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) HSBP1012R0017 for the Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) for the Northeast Region. The region will consist of 22 fully-owned and direct lease operated facility locations/campuses, comprised of 34 buildings or facilities, throughout Michigan, Ohio, New York, Vermont, and Maine. This requirement will be procured as a total small business set aside. The requirement will include validation of all equipment at all locations in the region during the initial phase in period. The requirement will include the preventative maintenance (PM) of equipment at all facilities throughout the region. The requirement will also include an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) portion from which major repair task orders for work beyond the scope of PM services for equipment can be issued. All work shall be performed in accordance with the performance work statement and request for proposal that will be provided at time of solicitation issuance. The awarded contract will consist of a 12 month base period (2 months for the initial phase-in period and 10 months for PM services) with four 12 month option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed 60 months. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210. The Small Business size standard is $35.5 million. There will be one scheduled site visit for this requirement. Please see the attached RFP, and below, for further details regarding the site visit. Due to the number of locations covered under this contract it is not feasible to conduct a site visit at all locations. One location has been chosen for the site visit as detailed below. Potential offerors planning to attend the site visit are required to submit company name, individual's name, phone number, and email address in advance for access to the facility. One form of government issued picture identification shall be required to be shown upon arrival.
