- Single award contract for the following finished product: Three versions of a perfect bound book (English, French, and Spanish) Emergency Response Guidebook ERG 2012 QUANTITY: English 2,565,679 copies; French 32,500 copies; Spanish 52,873 copies plus 50 QARCs of the English version only PAGES: English 388 pages plus cover; French 372 pages plus cover; Spanish 436 pages plus cover TRIM SIZE: 5.375 x 7.625" COLOR OF INK: Multiple Pantone Colors. See "Printing." PRINT PAGE: Head to Head QUALITY LEVEL: 2 Quality Assurance Through Attributes (GPO PUB 310.1, effective May 1979 (Rev.8-02)) applies. There are two different covers for the English version. A new black plate will be required to run the second version. Version 1 (Not for Resale) prints 2,559,676 copies and Version 2 (PWGSC) prints 6,000 copies. Covers 1 through 4 print in all spot colors 6/3. Covers 1 and 4 bleed four sides and have heavy coverage. Covers 2 and 3 have no bleeds and medium coverage. Ink colors for the covers are PMS 151 Orange, PMS 186 Red, PMS 285 Blue, PMS 335 Green, and Black. NOTE: Two plates are required for PMS 151 Orange-one for the solids and one for the screens. The 15,000 Sales copies require a bar code and ISBN that prints in black on cover 4.
