- Description
- Solicitation N00421-12-R-0032 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12.6 and FAR Part 15. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6, however all proposals will be considered. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. See attached solicitation, statement of work and specifications for the requirement. Award is expected 01 May 2012. Interested persons may submit proposals via EMAIL at Mark.Tewell@Navy.Mil or fax (301) 737-2746. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 05 April 2012 will be considered by the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received.
