- Description
- End Item Applications: AIRCRAFT, EAGLE F-15, GALAXY C-5, HELICOPTER, SEAHAWK, H-60 and the AIRCRAFT, EAGLE F-16. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract covering Multiple NSN's 6695-01-540-8888, 6695-01-375-4984, 6695-01-302-9724, 6695-01-300-8128, and 6695-01-240-3581 for a Transducer, Motional; the approved source of supply is Mason Electric Company; CAGE: 81579; P/N 896-4124. There will be a firm fixed price one-year base period of performance with four one-year option periods. The total expectation of the projected contract will be for five years. Ordering minimum and maximum quantity requirements are available in the attachment along with the delivery requirements. Inspection/Acceptance requirements are cited in the attachment as well. FOB point is Destination for all NSN's. Evaluation will be line by line and offerors may price as many items as desired. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of each NSN. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using Other than Full and Open Competition competitive procedures. S uppliers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. For registration procedures and information, please call 1-888-227-2423 or visit the World Wide Web at http://ccr.edi.dsa.mil. Suppliers are required to complete or update the Representations and Application (ORCA) at website http://orca.bpn.gov/. A copy of the solicitation will Certifications be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items are not commercial. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. The solicitation issue date is on or about April 11, 2012.
