- The Bureau of Land Management hereby announces the upcoming solicitation, WH&B Vet Services. The veterinary services will primarily take place in Hutchinson, Kansas and includes (but is not limited to) taking blood samples and administering vaccinations. The requirement is for a 12-month base year with four 12-month option years. The action is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 541940, Veterinary Services, where the size standard is $7.0. The solicitation will be posted on or about April 11th, 2012. The solicitation will include detailed instructions concerning what an interested party shall submit to be considered for award. Questions and concerns will be heard upon solicitation release.
