- Special Notice - It is the National Energy Technology Laboratory?s (NETL) intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to General Projection Systems, Inc. to design and install wireless microphones to augment the current microphones in two conference rooms at NETL. This is considered a sole source to General Projection Systems because the modification of the NETL conference rooms' audio systems must be completed by the company that holds the maintenance contract for the audio/visual systems. General Projection Systems must perform this requirement to ensure the installation of the new systems does not void the existing maintenance coverage on the audio/visual systems in the two conference rooms.
