- Please see Attached Please see Attached SUBJECT: Hook and Line Industry Day Dear Sir/Ma'am, The Hill Air Force Base EOD Sustainment Program Management Team would like to invite you to our Hook and Line Industry Day on 25 April 2012 from 0800-1600 at Hill Air Force Base. The purpose of this event is to gather current information in regards to the existing Hook and Line Kits on the market. During this event, we hope to have contractor representatives come and show us their kits so we may further define our requirements to the needs of the Air Force. This will also be an opportunity for contractors to ask questions about the specifications. The Industry Day will be divided up into three parts. The first part will be a introductory brief describing the current specification for the needed Hook and Line Kit. The second part will consist of contractor presentations of their kits. During this time, all other contractors will be asked to leave the room until it is their turn to present. The final part will be a time for contractors to ask the Air Force EOD users questions on the Hook and Line requirements. This purchase may be made through the GSA schedule. If you plan to attend our Hook and Line Industry day, please contact Mr. Steven Griffiths at Steven.Griffiths@hill.af.mil or 801-777-6316 with your information. If you do not plan on attending, but would still like to send a kit for the Air Force to consider, please respond to Mr. Steven Griffiths.
